Description

While we all know the name Caeleb Dressel for his extraordinary feats of going sub 40 in the 100 yd freestyle and 17.63 in the 50 yd freestyle, we often overlook the people who are such staples in the process of crowning a national and world champion.

Coach Steve Jungbluth is the Associate Head Coach of the University of Florida Men's swim team where, in our books, he is responible for shifting a culture. You see, UF has always been known as a middle to long distance swimming school raising countless Olympians in those disciplines such as Ryan Lochte, Elizabeth Beisel and Conor Dwyer. But that 'Distance school' mantle is no longer.

We are thrilled to have Coach Jungbluth on the pod to talk shifting a culture, coaching Caeleb Dressel, how recruiting is constantly changing, and what his thoughts are on the current collegiate recruiting environment.
